This month, West Central Area Schools has partnered with the Zero Abuse Project, supported by the Jacob Wetterling Resource Center, to share four important lessons with our students focused on preventing abuse and promoting safety.
These conversations matter—not just in schools, but at home and in our communities. We encourage you to explore the additional resources we’re sharing and continue these discussions with your children.
Together, we can build a culture where every child feels safe, respected, and protected.

WCA Families,
WCA is in the process of refining and building a clear, unified identity—one that reflects our core values, strengthens our school culture, and brings our students, staff, and community together around a shared vision for success.
This process gives everyone in our WCA community the opportunity to help answer:
What does it mean to be a Knight?
Who is WCA?
Students in grades 4–12, along with staff, have already shared their thoughts by completing a six-question survey. We are excited to share that over 400 responses have been collected so far!
We truly value your input as well! Your perspective is an important part of shaping who we are as a school community.
Please take 10–15 minutes to complete the survey using the link below:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WestCentralAreaSchoolDistrict
We kindly ask that you complete the survey by Friday.
Thank you for your time and for being an important part of WCA!

As you know, WCA transitioned from Synergy to JMC this school year. As part of that transition, we will also be updating our payment system. We will no longer be using SchoolPay for lunch payments and activity fees. All lunch and activity payments must now be made through your JMC family account (please note we do still accept cash or check in the main office). The following YouTube link is an instructional video from JMC on how to make payments.
