Each child learns and grows differently. At West Central Area Schools we try to provide programming that suites all of our students. We feel, catching students early on and giving them the extra support socially and academically will help them later in their educational journey. The Knights Wrap Around Program provides families and students with extra support if needed and also a place for preschool aged children to go when they aren’t enrolled in either Little Knights or Kindergarten Connection. Whether you would like your child to attend full days or half days, the Knights Wrap Around Program is here to help.

The Knights Wrap Around Program focuses on revisiting the concepts learned in both Little Knights and Kindergarten Connection. The relationship between the programs help us focus on areas of need for both the students and families. With a larger emphasis on play, students in the Knights Wrap Around Program are able to strengthen areas of weakness while also enjoying themselves in a fun, hands on environment.

In order to ensure that we have adequate staff for our students we will ask that you contract with us the number of days your child will be enrolled in Knights Wrap Around Care.  If you are only interested in drop off services please note that we will need a 24 hour notice.

Hours of Operation: 7:30 - 3:30 (3:30-5:30 is available for an additional $5 a day)

Location: West Central Area North Elementary School (Room is connected to Head Start)

Breakfast: included for children attending full days or the morning session

Lunch: included for children staying for full days or the afternoon session

Snacks: snacks and milk will be provided for both sessions
