Instructional Coach/Community Relations Specialist - 

Full-time -  .5 FTE Community Relations Specialist/ .5 FTE Instructional Coach

Community Relations Specialist position is responsible for developing, executing and evaluating a district-wide marketing plan to promote the school mission and programs under the direction of the Superintendent. Instructional Coach facilitates change in instructional practices of teachers that will enable teachers to diagnose student’s needs more analytically, plan more productively, and teach more effectively under the direction or guidance of the Building Principal.

Qualifications desired: Bachelor's degree in education or related field required, Master's degree preferred, Valid MN teaching license required. At least five years of successful teaching experience, experience in development, preparation and professional development preferred, general knowledge of curricular areas and design, specific knowledge of assigned content area(s) and state assessments, knowledge of serving special populations of learners, excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills, organizational and technology skills, effective oral and written communication skills.
